This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as applicable. Being generated by a computer system, it does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This Terms of Service document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Platform: https://sollitcare.com (“Website”) including its mobile site or application (“Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by BENEFITS, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office in Faridabad, Haryana, India ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform and our services, you (“user”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.

SECTION 1 – OVERVIEW

Welcome to Sollit. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sollit, operated by BENEFITS. The Platform provides access to our online store, including all related information, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to process orders, host our store, and provide secure checkout/transactions.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 – ACCOUNT & ACCESS

To access our Services, you may be required to provide certain information such as name, email address, billing details, and shipping information. You agree that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You will be responsible for all activities under your account.

You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account to any other individual or entity.

You must be 18 years of age or above, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We make efforts to display our products accurately. However, product appearance, including colours, may vary due to screen resolution and device settings.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Product appearance will match exactly as seen online.

  • Products will meet your expectations beyond what is described.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product descriptions or pricing,

  • Discontinue products,

  • Limit product quantities to any user or region.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Sollit reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

An order is considered accepted only after:

  1. Payment is successfully processed, and

  2. Confirmation is sent to you via email or SMS.

Orders may be cancelled or modified if:

  • Information is inaccurate,

  • Payment issues occur,

  • Product is unavailable.

Refunds and returns are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All purchases must be for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices displayed on our Platform:

  • Are subject to change without notice,

  • May differ from prices in offline/third-party stores,

  • Exclude taxes, shipping, or import duties unless stated otherwise.

You agree that:

  • Payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

  • You will update your billing details when required.

  • All charges including taxes, shipping, and fees will be honoured.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines provided on the Platform are estimated and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by logistics partners,

  • Customs clearance delays,

  • Events outside our control (natural disasters, emergencies).

Once an order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform—including branding, designs, text, images, layout, graphics, videos, and trademarks—is the property of Sollit or its licensors.

Users must not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content,

  • Create derivative works,

  • Use trademarks without authorization.

Any unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may offer access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is”, without any warranties or endorsements.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party services,

  • Third-party website content,

  • Transactions carried out on external platforms.

Users must review third-party terms before engaging with them.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sollit is hosted on Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for:

  • Sales,

  • Product quality,

  • Transactions,

  • Customer disputes.

You hereby release Shopify from liability for any issues arising from your transactions with Sollit.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information provided by you is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shopify may collect and process certain user data as part of hosting the Platform.
Your use of the Platform constitutes consent to such processing.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

Submitting any feedback, reviews, suggestions, or content grants Sollit a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, or distribute such content.

You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to your submissions,

  • Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights,

  • Your submissions do not contain malware or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove unlawful or inappropriate content.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES

The Platform may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct such information without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors even after submission.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Platform for:

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities,

  • Violating intellectual property rights,

  • Harassing or harming others,

  • Uploading viruses or malicious code,

  • Collecting personal data of others,

  • Circumventing security features.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free,

  • Product descriptions are accurate,

  • Platform content is complete or updated.

Some limitations may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sollit, Shopify, and our affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, savings,

  • Loss of data,

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

  • Damages arising from your use of the Platform, products, or services.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sollit, Shopify, and their officers, employees, agents, and partners against any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform,

  • Your breach of these Terms,

  • Violation of third-party rights.

SECTION 18 – FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or system failures.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in:

Faridabad, Haryana, India.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
