At Sollit, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 days from the date of order/payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India.
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Sollit / Platform Owner is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.


Delivery Details

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery confirmation and updates will be sent to your registered email ID.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

  • Shipping charges collected (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package.


Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue, we're here to help.


Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care products.


Replacement Timeline

Once your return/replacement request is approved:

  • Exchanges & Replacements will be delivered in 2–4 working days.
