Sweat & Odour 101: Stay Fresh in Indian Weather (Without Overdoing It)

Sweat is normal. Feeling uncomfortable isn’t fun. The goal is freshness + comfort, not harsh routines.

1) The 2-times-a-day rule

  • Morning: start fresh
  • Evening: reset after dust/sweat/commute

2) Focus on the “high-sweat zones” Underarms, neck, back, feet. Keep them clean + dry.

3) Clothes matter Breathable fabrics help more than most people think. Also: don’t rewear damp clothes.

4) Carry a mini refresh plan Tissue/wipes + water + spare handkerchief goes a long way.

5) Don’t stack too many strong fragrances Freshness should feel clean, not overpowering.

 

Build a simple “freshness routine” with just 2–3 essentials you can actually repeat daily.
